Unreasonable and Unprofessional

My name is Justin Lloyd and I had spoken to Barbara (one of the owners) about repairing my accordion on Tuesday, May 24. She was very helpful and informed me that her husband handles all repairs and to call the store before I made the hour plus drive to drop off the instrument. When I called the next morning around 10:30, the phone was answered by a man who, after I introduced myself, began to berate me, calling me a "real pain in the neck" and scolding me because I was a disturbance while he was busy trying to speak with "real customers."
