Sushisay’s name may have changed, but thankfully the owners, menu, and sushi chefs remain the same. In 2003 the whole team broke from the Sushisay chain, and rechristened their restaurant Sushi-Ann. If you are serious about your nigiri, this is a must stop on your dining circuit.
