I bought an $875 KHS bike from Chelsea Bicycles. When I arrived at the time they gave me to pick it up, work hadn't started on the bike. When the bike finally was assembled, they had mounted the hand brake in the wrong place and given me lower quality components then were promised. Finally, they sent me out the door without filling the tires with air. I would not go back here again.
