Sai-I-Gu (April 29th in Korean) symbolizes the social meltdown in Los Angeles after police officers were acquitted in the 1992 beating of Rodney King. A forum will revisit Sa-I-Gu 15 years later and discuss the current status of government accountability, inter-community development, and civic engagement.
