Your 33 Black Angels rock the Continental!
Back on February 11 , during the blizzard of '06 when the city all but shutdown, Your 33 Black Angels absolutely rocked a packed house at the world-famous Continental for over an hour and a half. According to the very friendly man at the door, three of the bands scheduled that night had cancelled, and what I figured would turn into an early night for me became a spectacle of a band plowing through almost thirty original songs, and making whoever was there completely forget about the menacing weather outside. After a sparkling rendition of what sounded like an old (THE REAL KIND) country tune - but what I learned from the band to be called 'City Song' - the band took a five minute break where...
