I purchased a product manufactured from this company which proved to defective upon second use.
I spoke with thier Service Department who suggested I use a thread and needle to fix this product; I asked if they could just mail out a replacement since I do not know how to sew. They insisted I find somone who could sew it for me.
I was quite disappointed with thier display of poor service. The item retailed for less than $5 and was most likely very inexpensive to manufacture..
