Don't miss Thomas Beale's Honey Space installation in a doomed Chelsea warehouse before it gives way to urban renewal - Bloomberg style. After July 4, the space closes down, and word is the landlord will be able to cash in on his investment. The large organic wood sculptures live in a woodshop that appears to have been there for decades, complete with table saws, and lots of blades, knives and other dangerous-looking implements. A perfect spot to invite your friends, liquor them up with free booze and fine music.
From Tom's invitation:
HONEY SPACE

summer treats, live music from Felix Sonnyboy Wilson & Mickey Western, and sculpture installed throughout a derelict warehouse in the middle of Chelsea
