This store was absolutely a total waste of my time! I called on Wednesday to make sure my out-of-stock tires could be installed on Friday at 9am. Eddie, the manager assured me of that an d said to place the reservation online (even though it was scheduled for Saturday) and he's make sure they were there by Thursday. So I called on Thursday to make sure they were there and ready for Friday at 9am. Eddie tells me only 2 of the tires arrived and the other 2 will on Friday...at 3pm. Not good. I had a meeting to attend on Friday @ 3pm. So I tried to get it done at the Nanuet location. Nanuet wouldn't install the tires for me because it would take them 2 hours (time I didn't have to spare).
