I ordered several "in stock" products. Turns out one of the products was backordered. I was never informed. When I followed up, it took days for someone to get back to me with an email. I was told that one product was on backorder but was never told when shipment was expected. Of course, the company billed my credit card in full immediately and did not even ship the product it did have. I just cancelled -- no point in giving this outfit my business.
