e-$aver Rate Hotel reservations booked through NewYorkCity.com are
guaranteed to be the lowest rate available. If there is a lower rate available for the same date(s) and the same hotel, you must contact NewYorkCity.com within 24 hours of booking your "Special Internet Rate" reservation. We will either refund the difference or cancel your reservation(s) without cancellation fee. Please note, this guarantee only applies to rates indicated as "Special Internet Rates."
This guarantee does not apply to special events such as New Years and the Super Bowl.

You must have already booked a
prepaid reservation identified as a
"Special Internet Rate," or
"e-$aver Rate."
NewYorkCity.com must be contacted within 24 hours of your booking.
The lower rate must be for the same hotel on the same dates, and it must be for identical specifications as the original request (e.g.: same room type)
The lower rate must be available for booking.
The lower rate must be for a prepaid reservation.

5. How is my credit issued?
Credit is issued directly to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Credit will usually appear on your statement within 7-10 business days.
