"Super location and stunning building, I was so impressed!" "Efficient if somewhat cool service." "The bar is great fun and Olives Restaurant superb." "Very busy place, had a great stay." "Bed was most comfortable ever." We continue to receive mixed reviews concerning lighting, various architectural details, and room size. Generally speaking, those unfamiliar with the W chain's sense of style tend to be underwhelmed, while fans of the W find this to be an enchanting property "to which we frequently return." Clearly, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
