A Depressing Ending

During the summer, I stayed 3 nights at this Hotel.  I found it to be in a great location, with friendly staff and fairly clean. I had arrived from Cape Cod--after an 8 hour drive-and decided to get a sandwich to take up to the room with me--I didn't eat it all and left it on the floor by the bed and went for a walk.  Upon my arrival--I found a whole in the bag and crumbs on the floor--yes I had a critter rooming with me. I went down and waited till noone was around to let the staff know--they cleaned up the mess--and never told me whether the critter was gone --or did they change my...
