Recent hotel guests have said: "The location is great." "I was delighted with my room" and "It was a great value." However, many guests complained about "maintenance issues" in the rooms and "ongoing problems" throughout the hotel as well as "poor customer service" and "rude treatment" from the staff.

Not very impressed with this hotel. Stayed in New York 5 times now but would never stay here again. Good location. Rooms good standard. Housekeeping poor. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Kept our luggage in the storage room for 4 days without letting us know it had arrived even when we kept asking if they knew where it was, we therefore had to replace all essential items staff unapologetic.
